Consent to Electronic Communications

You consent to the use of electronic signatures and to receive all communication electronically for any services provided to you or in connection with your relationship to us. Your consent to electronic communication remains in effect until you withdraw it by contacting us at contact@thepaidbackapp.com. Should you withdraw your consent, please understand we must close your Paidback account and you will no longer be authorized to use our services. Withdrawn consent will be effective only after we have had a reasonable amount of time to process your withdrawal.

We reserve the right to communicate with you in paper form in addition to electronically.

E-mail

DID does not share your email address to third parties except to deliver services you have requested and as set forth in our Privacy Policy. Unsubscribing from our email list does not necessarily unsubscribe you from other email lists within the DID community. Active Paidback users agree to provide DID with a current email address.

Paidback Premium Subscription Services

By subscribing to Paidback Premium, you agree to be charged the monthly subscription fee. Your account will be charged on the same day each month unless you cancel your subscription.

If you were offered a free trial of Paidback Premium, you must cancel before the end of the free trial period to avoid future charges. Otherwise, you will be charged the monthly subscription fee at the end of your free trial period. Monthly charges are non-refundable.

Paidback retains the right to update the subscription fee at any time.

Automatic Payments

By using Paidback Premium, you authorize Paidback to electronically transfer the monthly subscription fee from your designated financial institution.

Geographic Restrictions

Paidback and its associated website, mobile application, and services are intended for access and use within the United States only and not intended for or directed to citizens or residents of the European Union. Accordingly, our website, mobile application, and associated services comply with United States privacy laws. By accessing Paidback and any of its associated services, you affirm that you are not a citizen or resident of the European Union.
